Objective: Launch a 6‑credit (or CE/ECTS‑equivalent) micro‑credential in Autism Fitness Certification, aligned with our neurodiversity adult day program, before the FIFA 2030 window. This program will support participants in neurodiversity school programs and promote neurodiversity sports.
Timeline: 12 weeks (remote‑first) Headcounts: 40 students, 10 facility staff, 3 N3 mentors.
Students: 30 × N1–N2 (Sport), 10 × ASCC in our neurodiversity school programs. Mentors: 3 × N3 Advanced (Sport) (graduate assistants / lecturers) who hold an Autism Fitness Certification. Facility staff: 10 × Sensory‑Aware Staff (campus rec / venue services) trained to support our neurodiversity adult day program and promote neurodiversity sports.
Weeks 1–2: School/Faculty License confirmed for the Autism Fitness Certification → seats ordered → calendar issued. Weeks 3–6: Student cohorts in neurodiversity school programs complete modules; facility staff complete Sensory‑Aware training. Weeks 7–9: N3 mentor clinics (remote); Structured Fitness Routine templates and Fitness Prescriptions for placements (non‑medical) are finalized to support the neurodiversity adult day program. Week 10: Quick remote observations; outcomes snapshots for neurodiversity certification issued. Weeks 11–12: Validation dossier + credential roster submitted to the academic board; placements begin, enhancing neurodiversity sports opportunities.
